I wrote this as a prayer for someone I love who had drifted far from home. Somewhere in the praying, I came to the truth that changed everything: I was the one who was truly lost. Jesus met me there, found me, and saved me. If you're standing in the gap for your own one, still praying them home, this song is for you.

When my grandson was struggling with a fear of monsters at bedtime, it reminded me how easily we can all feel overwhelmed by the "monsters" of anxiety, doubt, and fear in our own lives. I wrote this song to show that no matter how big our fears seem, the presence of Jesus is always bigger. It is becoming a children's book, too.
